Accommodation overview
Villa Turquoise Martinis is located in the centre of Rogoznica on Croatia's beautiful Dalamatian coast, this villa comprises of 4 self-contained apartments making it ideal for groups of friends or an extended family wishing to share a villa whilst enjoying their own space.
Apartment 1
The first apartment, the largest of the four is spread over two floors with the main living area on the ground floor offering a modern open plan sitting room, dining room, kitchen and dressing room. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and separate bathroom, the upper floor boasts a gallery style room with two double bedrooms and a bathroom, fantastic views out across the bay.
Apartment 2 & 3
The second and third apartments each consist of a dining, sitting room area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom with built in tub and a separate bathroom with shower.  There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room.
Apartment 4
The fourth apartment is a studio which comprises of a double bed, dining and sitting area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower. There is also a single folding bed.
Outdoor space
The outside of Villa Turquoise Martinis provides a large sun terrace with sun loungers and alfresco dining furniture surrounding a private swimming pool.  To the side of the villa is a pergola delightfully draped in cloth with lighting above a dining area, providing the ideal place to enjoy an alfresco meal and while away the evening with friends and family.
Location
Rogoznica is a popular tourist village on the Dalmation coast in Croatia which lies in a deep bay sheltered from wind. The former fishing village of Rogoznica retains its old town Croatian charm and sits on an island linked by a bridge to the mainland.  Villas Turquoise Martinis is located on the mainland and only a 10 minute walk to the island containing the old town.  The old town provides many places to eat, drink and enjoy the view out across the marina and the bay. With a 54 km long coastline, Rogoznica offers many beautiful mainly pebble beaches.
