Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Marvella welcomes guests into a spacious open-plan living area, where contemporary design meets coastal elegance in a palette of soft greys and refined modern finishes.

A fully equipped Siematic kitchen takes centre stage, featuring a sleek island with bar stools. At the heart of the space, a large dining table seating up to ten guests invites shared meals and lively conversation. The comfortable lounge area is designed for relaxation, complete with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, coffee table, and a corner sofa.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors span the entire floor, flooding the interior with natural light and opening onto the pool terrace - where the panoramic sea views create an unforgettable backdrop.

Also on this level, Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed (2m x 2m) and an additional pull-out sofa bed (1.6m x 2m), offering flexibility for families or guests. The bedroom shares the same floor-to-ceiling glass doors, opening directly onto the pool terrace with sea views. An en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

First floor
The first floor of Villa Marvella is dedicated to the remaining four bedrooms, each with breath-taking sea views.

Bedroom 2 features two generous queen-size beds (1.5m x 2.1m) and opens onto a private sea-view terrace. Its indulgent en-suite bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower, creating a private space for relaxation.

Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each offer a king-size bed (2m x 2m) and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. These rooms share a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. 

Outdoor space 
The outdoor spaces of Villa Marvella are designed for relaxation and entertaining, taking full advantage of the waterfront location. A large private infinity pool serves as the centrepiece, featuring a seating area with integrated Jacuzzi jets and Roman steps for easy access. The pool is surrounded by ten sun loungers, a couple of rattan chairs, and a poolside shower for convenience.

A shaded dining area seats ten and includes a built-in BBQ for al fresco meals. A path leads directly to the sea, where ladders provide access for swimming and cooling off. A small concrete platform in front of the villa offers space for a couple of sun loungers. 

Lower ground floor
The lower ground floor of Villa Marvella is dedicated to wellness, featuring a private gym and sauna. One room is equipped for floor exercises, with two mats and gymnastic balls, while the adjoining fitness room includes a Technogym bike and UniCA machine for full-body workouts.

Villa Marvella located in Rogoznica on the Šibenik Riviera, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting the Šibenik Riviera would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 45 minute drive to Rogoznica. Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged from Spilt Airport to Rogoznica.
