Villa Marvella | TC10000 | 5 bedroom waterfront villa with infinity pool, gym & sauna (Prices in Euros)

As a group of 10 adults when looking for a suitable venue to host our bi-annual holiday Villa Marvella appeared to fit the bill. And we were 110% right. Fantastic views out to the Adriatic Sea, wondrous sunsets, able to enjoy the pool overlooking the sea or walk a few steps to swim in the sea - all combined to make the location idyllic. The ability to take a stroll to bars & restaurants in nearby Rogiznica is also a big plus point. The villa is on a large scale, very secure, very well laid out and appointed to a high standard. The hosts were attentive but not overbearing. We cannot speak highly enough about Villa Marvella - a very special place.

We were thrilled. The house and the incredibly friendly hosts left nothing to be desired. We felt like we were in paradise and won't soon forget our time there. A perfect place to unwind and relax.

Absolutely amazing property built to an exceptionally high standard. The views from the patio and infinity pool out over the Adriatic are sensational ensuring any time spent relaxing poolside are almost therapeutic. Our family enjoyed a stay of almost two weeks earlier this summer, all agreed it was a fabulous location. There is access directly to the sea just outside the rear of the property, and a short one kilometre walk along the water into Rogoznica. We bought local fresh seafood most days and utilised the outdoor cooking facilities at the property. The town itself is unspoilt and friendly, incredibly helpful locals, and a fabulous community spirit in the evenings along the waterfront, live music and dancing around a bandstand. A family friendly gem. The hosts, Ewald, Sabine, and their son Martin could not have been more helpful, they stay in a property two along, but were invisible until needed, and then available almost instantly, always relaxed and smiling. Perfect host that I am sure we will stay with again.

A fantastic property with outstanding hosts. The villa is exactly as pictured online, if not better. It's right on the beach with direct access. We were also able to book a private chef upon request. The value for money is excellent, and the friendly hosts truly made our holiday here special.

We stayed at the villa, and had the very best time. The hosts are exceptional owners who presented one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in. They both made us feel so at home and so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The view is exceptional and the property enjoys all day sun. The pool was well used because we had our 4 adult children with us. Partners also. The sea view is picture perfect and we all swam every single day. The 5 very large bedrooms complete with stunning ensuites were such a joy to stay in. All bedrooms had a sea view and it was fabulous to leave the doors open at night to hear the sea. The sea, of course, is a few steps away from the property. We cannot fault the villa. Our stay was 100% perfect. We enjoyed bbqing at home and we took advantage of the many places to eat at too. Our favourite was walking distance along the beach. We will definitely go back. Lastly - great privacy and very secure and safe.

We had an unforgettable time in this dream villa - simply perfect from beginning to end! The location right on the beach is absolutely fantastic, the amenities leave nothing to be desired, and you immediately feel at home. Everything is furnished with such attention to detail that you can tell a lot of heart and soul went into it. But we especially want to highlight the wonderful hosts. Even before we arrived, communication was warm, straightforward, and prompt. We received such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. The service was excellent at all times - unobtrusive, but always there when we needed anything. You can tell right away that the well-being of their guests is truly important to them. We returned home with wonderful memories and wholeheartedly recommend this villa and its amazing owners. Thank you so much for everything - we will definitely be back! ❤️

We stayed at the Villa Marvella for two weeks and it was simply amazing. The house was beautiful, very functional and with great entertainment options such as darts and a home gym. We loved the pool as well as the direct access to the ocean. The villa offers stunning ocean views while at the same time still being very private. The hosts were exceptionally detail oriented and nice. We had a perfect vacation and are looking forward to coming again.

I almost don't want to give it 5 stars, but because of very selfish reasons: I want to keep this place a secret and only to myself! Amazing house. Brand new. Beautiful views. Great hosts. The kitchen is amazing. The water pressure is great. Plenty of parking space. Very spacious inside. High ceiling on the first floor (double height ceiling). Awesome pool. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Great soundproofing of the rooms (we know, because we went there with a baby). What else is there to say? We had the best time.
