Inside 
Arranged over three floors in the main residence, Villa Kastela Grand offers generous and well-planned living space. The ground floor centres around a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring an island and breakfast bar, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with large sliding glass doors opening directly onto the terrace. Also on this level is a children's playroom and a family bathroom.

The first floor features four king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and furnished balcony. One of these bedrooms also includes an additional single bed. Occupying the entire top floor, the master suite offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a spacious private terrace complete with Jacuzzi, outdoor television, sun loungers and relaxed seating.

Outside
The outdoor areas at Villa Kastela Grand are designed for both relaxation and sociable gatherings. A large terrace wraps around two sides of the villa, with direct access from the main living area to a comfortable seating area. The private swimming pool, entered via Roman-style steps, is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, with optional pool heating available in cooler months at an additional charge.

Adjacent to the pool, an open-sided outdoor kitchen features a traditional Dalmatian grill and fireplace, along with a covered dining area for up to 12 guests. From here, a door leads down steps to a hidden underground tavern, offering a distinctive entertainment space complete with a billiards table, table football, comfortable seating, television, kitchen area and open fireplace. A striking window in the tavern wall provides a unique view directly into the swimming pool above.

The villa also includes a sauna and indoor gym equipped with weights, treadmill and step machine, a private tennis court just behind the property, and two bicycles for guest use during their stay.

Villa Kastela Grand is located in Kastel Stari, one of the seven settlements that form Kastela, positioned between Split and Trogir along the Adriatic coast. The villa is only a couple of minutes' walk from the sea, while beaches, restaurants, local shops and bars can be reached within approximately 20 minutes on foot. The area offers a more relaxed and residential atmosphere while still providing easy access to the region's main attractions.

Villa Kastela Grand is located in Kaštel Kambelovac, and the nearest airport is Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Split Riviera would arrange car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car, it is a 10-15 minute drive to Villa Sunset from Split Airport. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Split Airport to Kaštel Kambelovac might be more suitable for your party.
