Everything was great, my family and I were very happy, the villa was very comfortable, the owner's treatment was more than wonderful and his family are nice and friendly. Everything deserves more than five stars. It deserves all the nice words. The equipment and tools are not missing anything. Everything is available inside the villa.

Very spacious, great facilities, comfortable beds. Lovely outside areas and many activities for the grandchildren!

An amazing place to stay at, the house, garden and everything is superb. Really like the space everybody had and each bedroom has it's own bathroom and both floors have kitchen. The pool and the terrace is great, plenty of space for sunbathing and playing in the pool. Also a playground for the youngest that is in a shade of trees which is really good when the sun is at is hottest. Outdoor BBQ and dining area that we used and had an great authentic Croatian dinner, highly recommend it. Very clean and well equipped Villa with plenty of activities like gym, pool table, darts, ping pong table and ect. Highly recommend it for families, easy access and close to the beach. The host was amazing helping us with everything that we needed and answering everything that we needed help with.

Exceptional Villa

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It was clean and spacious and was really well furnished with everything you could want. The pool was great and it was an easy walk down to the beach, to local restaurants and to the shops. It was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The hosts were really helpful and made checking in and out very easy.

We recently stayed at this lovely villa and had an overall enjoyable experience. The villa itself was wonderful-nicely furnished, fully equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities. However, one thing we were not prepared for was the church bells ringing each morning at 6 and 7 am. While we fully respect the local customs and traditions, we would have appreciated a heads-up about this in the listing. Knowing in advance would have allowed us to make a more informed decision, whether to embrace the early start or choose a different location.

As for the property, everything was as described, clean, lots of amenities, and the host was very nice.

Great property with lots to do. Very friendly and helpful owner and a short walk down to the beach front

The property is very spacious and clean. It is well thought out and attention to detail is noticeable. Kitchen is well fitted out with everything needed. Bedrooms all spacious with their own bathrooms, beds good size with nice linen. All bathrooms generous sizes also two more separate toilets. The pool area is great and the pool is a nice size. The balcony at the front is great to sit on in the evening and watch the sun go down over split. The general area unfortunately let it down for us as it is quite run down and the restaurants on the beach are quite sparse unless you want to get an Uber or walk for about 25 mins. Amigos on the beach is highly recommend we ate there twice. We also tried Mario's which is close by on the beach which was fine. The beach is very pebbly but also beautiful. The church across from the house has bell ringing on the hour and half hour. At six in the morning it rings for 2 mins which we were quite shocked at. However as the week went on we did get used to it and managed to get back to sleep. Tanja the host was fab, we had a storm one morning which cut out our electric upstairs. I got in contact with her and it was fixed the same day. She is very helpful and friendly.
