With views out to sea, Villa Mermaid can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms. This villa is well thought out with plenty of space to relax, play and socialise. Located on the coast half way between the towns or Split and Omis (15km in either direction) in the village of Postrana, Villa Mermaid is only 320m from the nearest beach.

Basement

Stairs lead down from the ground floor to the basement where you will find table football and an equipped gym with treadmill, bike, weights and yoga studio.  There is also WC on this floor.

Ground Floor

An open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining table to seat 10 guests, lounge area with TV.  

Separate utility room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor;

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom (bed size 200cm x 210cm) with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.

First Floor

The first floor could be used as a self-contained living space as it has a further well-equipped kitchen, lounge area and separate WC with washing machine. A further two bedrooms are located on the first floor;

Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom (bed size 200cm x 210cm) with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.

Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom (bed size 200cm x 210cm) with en-suite shower room.

Outside

Doors lead out from the ground floor to a large sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and comfy seating , set around a 9m x 4m x 1.4m fresh water pool (pool heating available), the pool benefits from counter current swimming jets. There are sea views from the pool terrace.

Steps lead down to a children's play area, alfresco dining and BBQ.

About Podstrana

Podstrana is a picturesque town located half way between the larger towns of Split and Omis (both are around a 25 minute drive), the town is made up of five villages. Stozanac, Grljevac, Mutogras and St. Martin villages are all located along the coast, whereas the oldest of the villages, Gornja, can be found on the slopes of Perun Hill.

Podstrana enjoys over 6km of beaches providing access to the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
