Villa Mia is situated in a small tourist resort named Stanići, just 140m from the beach and 5km away from the historic town of Omiš. The villa is fantastic for groups of family and friends and provides plenty of space with an open plan living area, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym, sauna, table tennis table, dartboard, private pool and Jacuzzi. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and also has the capacity to accommodate a further 2 guests on a double sofa bed.

Ground floor:
The ground floor at Villa Mia features an open plan living space including a well equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 guests and a comfortable living area. Floor to ceiling glass doors open out from this level onto the pool terrace.
First & second floors:
The first and second floors are home to four en-suite bedrooms, each with a balcony.
Outside:
Villa Mia's outdoor space features a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and a comfy seating area, all of which are sea facing.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €1,000(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
