The Villa 
Villa Sunset is arranged over two levels, designed to maximise light and sea views throughout. The ground floor opens from the villa entrance into a bright, open-plan living area, with a lounge featuring comfortable sofas around a TV and large sliding glass doors that open onto the main deck terrace with a cosy outdoor sofa set. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and provides direct access to the al-fresco dining area, while the first of four double bedrooms and a family bathroom complete this level. Internal stairs lead to the second floor, where a large landing area with a couple of chairs provides a quiet spot to relax, alongside three en-suite bedrooms: two doubles with sea views and access to furnished balconies, and one twin, all finished to a high standard for comfort and convenience.

Villa Sunset's exterior is designed to maximise its waterfront setting and uninterrupted sea views. The private swimming pool, with Roman-style steps and a waterfall feature spilling from the upper floor, can be heated in cooler months for added comfort. Sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, offering perfect spots to relax and enjoy the Adriatic panorama, while a cosy outdoor sofa set and a shaded al-fresco dining area provide spaces for socialising or dining with sea views. Additional features include a stone-built BBQ and an outdoor shower. Across the lawn from the pool, steps lead directly down to the water's edge, giving easy access to the sea.
