What makes this villa unique is that elements of ancient Cycladic culture have been woven into the modern design providing a taste of life in ancient Greece, whilst it still offers all of the modern day appliances required to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
Interior
This villa's living area has an impressive circular built-in sofa
reminiscent of ancient amphitheatrical settings, whilst the kitchen
and dining area are well-equipped and blend seamlessly with the
lounge. The entire space looks out onto the pool terrace via large,
glass doors, providing the villa with an indoor-outdoor living
style.
As for the bedrooms, get ready to spoil yourselves with all the
luxury amenities a home offers. Built under the ancient philosophy,
with materials like stone, metal and clay and coloured in earthly
tones, all 5 bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms,
king-size beds, TV sets and showroom display racks for
clothing.
Outdoors
Step out onto Villa Androniki's sun-soaked terrace and enjoy
breath-taking views of the sea and all that makes Mykonos a
world-famous destination - sunsets, traditional windmills, and the
whitewashed town. There's a corner for every guest out here. Take

al-fresco and indulge in a delicious meal under the pergola, take
enviable photos of the stunning view or simply curl up and relax in
the egg chair.
Location
Sitting on the hillside just above Mykonos Town, Villa
Androniki is just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque alleyways
of Chora, the main town on the Island of Mykonos. The
closest beach is Megali Ammos, which is a short walk away, however
if you are looking for a more organized beach with umbrellas, you
can take a short bus-ride to one of the more popular
beaches.

Climate Tax
You will be required to pay a Climate Tax on arrival in cash, at time of writing the tax is 8€ to 15€ (EUR) per villa per night depending on the time of year, please ask us for up-to-date information.
Minimum Stay
all bookings are subject to a minimum of 7 nights.
Check-in
Check in is available between 15:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 11:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 2475€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made less than 60 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Androniki can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 30% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Androniki is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
