This 4-bedroom Rhodes Island villa has been fully furnished and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its white and stone exterior typical of Greek design flows nicely through to the interior where feature walls of the stone compliment the modern, contemporary feel. 

Villa Kastalys is strategically placed on the fringe of Faliraki and Kalythies town, a quick 10 minutes' drive from shops, restaurants and bars, and only a few minutes' drive from some of the most popular beaches on Rhodes Island. Rhodes Town is also just 20 minutes away and Lindos 30 minutes. This tranquil location allows for guests to escape to the privacy of their own villa, whilst being close enough to shops, taverns, entertainment and activities. 

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Ground Floor  

Villa Kastalys is situated on a large plot of land, encompassed by a stone wall and accessed via a secure gate to provide as much privacy as possible to guests. 

The main door opens directly into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This light and airy space features a plush corner sofa facing a flat screen smart-TV, coffee table, dining table seating up to 8 guests and a kitchen with an island providing an alternative area of high stool seating. The use of cool grey tones mixed with the bright white walls and natural stone provide a stylish living space. Large, sliding glass doors lead out into the garden and pool area from here. 

The first of four bedrooms is located on this floor. This double bedroom features a dressing table area, wardrobe, TV, blackout blinds, Kastalys embroidered linens, en-suite bathroom and floor to ceiling doors opening out onto the terrace and a small seating area. 

A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor. 

First Floor

The first floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms. One of these is a twin bedroom whilst the other two are doubles. Each bedroom features a dressing table area, wardrobe, TV, blackout blinds, Kastalys embroidered linens, en-suite bathroom and floor to ceiling doors opening out onto a balcony. 

Outside area

Villa  Kastalys offers a spacious outdoor area featuring a private pool with hydromassage jets and poolside shower. There is ample seating available, allowing guests to spread out on the poolside sun loungers, 'bar' style seating and partly shaded rattan sofa and armchair. 

An al-fresco dining area situated under the pergola provides a dining table for up to 8, as well as a small kitchenette area with a BBQ which enables guests to cook and dine together in the warm evenings.

A local shop and an Italian takeaway offering fantastic homemade pasta and pizza provide free delivery to Villa Kastalys. 

Car hire is recommended. Taxis are also available. 

Rhodes International Airport is around a 20 minute drive from the villa.
