Outdoor Space
Villa Irini's outdoor spaces are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. The impressive 15m x 5m swimming pool invites refreshing dips throughout the day, while a selection of cushioned seating and sun loungers provides the perfect setting for unwinding under the Greek sun. For memorable meals together, the shaded al-fresco dining area features a large dining table, a traditional stone BBQ, and a convenient preparation area with sink, all surrounded by landscaped gardens that create a peaceful atmosphere.

Ground Floor
The ground floor presents a serene open-plan living space designed with minimalist elegance and natural, earthy tones that create a calming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly into the space, while the comfortable lounge, centred around a large sofa, invites quiet moments of relaxation. Large glass doors open onto the pool terrace and al-fresco dining area, connecting the interior with the surrounding landscape and allowing natural light and garden views to filter through.

The first bedroom is also located on the ground floor and continues the villa's soothing design palette. It features a king-size bed, LED TV and en-suite bathroom, along with a sofa bed suitable for a child. With direct access to the pool terrace and patio, views of the villa's garden, this bedroom also benefits from added indulgence in the form of a private outdoor Jacuzzi.

First Floor
The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both are elegantly furnished with king-size beds, LED TVs, and en-suite bathrooms, with one bedroom also offering an additional sofa bed suitable for a child. Each bedroom opens onto a spacious furnished terrace, where comfortable seating provides a great vantage point to enjoy views across the olive groves and of the shimmering sea.

Villa Irini is located in the quiet village of Akrotiri, offering a peaceful location yet only a 5 minute drive from Zakynthos Town and the golden sands of Tsilivi Beach. Zakynthos International Airport is just a 15 minute drive away, and guests staying at Villa Irini can taste authentic cuisine at nearby restaurants such as Prosilio, Bassia, and Akrotiri Taverna.
