Blending contemporary architecture with authentic Mediterranean charm, Villa Marietta is a stylish three-bedroom villa on the island of Zakynthos. Set among olive groves in a location close to Zakynthos town and Tsilivi Beach, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, and offers a private pool and views of the Ionian Sea.
Outdoor Space
Villa Marietta's outdoor area is designed for
unhurried days. The swimming pool takes centre stage, perfect for
cooling off in the summer heat. Sun loungers and a daybed provide
inviting spots to unwind, whether you're soaking up the warmth or
enjoying a quiet moment in the shade. For long, leisurely meals,
the covered outdoor dining area features a generous table and a
traditional stone-built BBQ, set within landscaped gardens and
enjoying sea views.
Ground Floor
The ground floor offers spacious, comfortable open-plan living
areas, including a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, ideal for
families or groups of friends to relax. Large glass doors open
onto the pool terrace and al-fresco dining area, seamlessly
connecting the interior with the surrounding landscape while
framing views of the sea and garden.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and continues the villa's stylish yet authentic design palette. It features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with direct access to the pool terrace.
First Floor
A staircase leads to the second floor,
which features two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite
bathroom. Both rooms enjoy beautiful views, either out to the
sea or across the garden and surrounding olive groves. The bedrooms
are equipped with Coco-Mat beds, made with premium natural
mattresses and sleep products, and include a private balcony and
LED TVs for added comfort.

Villa Marietta is located in the quiet village of
Akrotiri, offering a peaceful location yet only a 5 minute drive
from Zakynthos Town and the golden sands of Tsilivi
Beach. Zakynthos International Airport is just a
15 minute drive away, and guests staying at Villa Marietta can
taste authentic cuisine at nearby restaurants such as
Prosilio, Bassia, and Akrotiri Taverna.
Breakfast can be arranged for guests staying at Villa Marietta for an additional charge.

Climate Tax
You will be required to pay a Climate Tax on arrival in cash, at time of writing the tax is 15€ (EUR) per villa per night, please ask us for up-to-date information.

A 7 night minimum stay applies.

Security Deposit
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of 49€ will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of 500€.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking price. Cancellations made 44-15 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking price. Cancellations made 14-07 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the booking price. Cancellations made 06-01 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Marietta can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 30% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Marietta is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
