If your expectation of apartment holiday accommodation is
sharing a pool and having less space than a villa in which to
spread out and relax on holiday, think again. Offering as much
space as many 3-bedroom villas, this apartment is truly
exceptional, and the icing on the cake…a large villa sized private
swimming pool and garden terrace affording incredible mountain
views. There are three large bedrooms comfortably accommodating 6
guests.
Living area
Arranged over 1 floor, Apartment Gece Mavim B3 offers over
1400 square feet of living space. The living space is cleverly
arranged to maximise the impact of the views and comprises a
spacious open plan lounge and dining area and a modern, very
well-equipped, split-level kitchen with granite work
surfaces.
Bedrooms
Bedroom one is the master bedroom suite features an ensuite
shower room and a furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy
your morning coffee. Bedroom two is a light and airy double bedroom
with a wardrobe and vanity units. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom
with wardrobe and vanity units. There is also a separate shower
room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Outdoor area
Full width floor to ceiling glass doors in the living area
open onto the large private terrace and villa sized private pool,
with views out across the mountains.
Location
It's not just the accommodation that make the Elif
apartments so special, the location amidst Olive groves offers the
compelling combination of great views, short walking distance into
town of approximately 12 - 15 minutes but more importantly, the
apartment location provides our guests with peace and quiet. Please
note, the walk back to the apartment is slightly longer as uphill
but provides a good challenge for those looking for some holiday
exercise. Alternatively, a taxi ride back from town takes
approximately 3 minutes and taxis are conveniently located,
plentiful and inexpensive. In our opinion, the Elif apartments
offer a villa experience without the price tag!

Accommodation Only Bookings
Apartment Gece Mavim can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Great - only slight issue was the water cooler stopped working and the fridge was really noisy - but minor issues and didn't detract from a wonderful week. Sadly it seems Turkey doesn't recycle so all out rubbish went into one bin, unless we were mistaken.
What a wonderful stay in beautiful Kalkan. We loved the apartment very quiet and had all that we needed to make our holiday very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and Laura was always very supportive with car hire, and recommendations. It's a very short walk to the shops and a quick gentle walk downhill to the old town. A perfect base to explore the local area.

Light bright clean and well equipped apartment that was perfect for our family of 5. The views were beautiful and the location was fantastic- close to all amenities and some great restaurants but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend.

Apartment Gece Mavim was the perfect apartment for us three ladies, plenty of space both inside and out, with a large terrace and private swimming pool it felt like we were in a villa rather than an apartment.
The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the sun!
The location worked out well for us, situated in a quiet area with little noise from traffic or from the old town, there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and the main town is only a further 5-10 minutes. The walk back from town is uphill, we did walk this sometimes, other times we jumped into a taxi (50 Lira/£2.50).
It was perfect, we would highly recommend this apartment and will be returning!

Very comfortable apartment, raised kitchen position overlooking dining area very practical, great sea views from lounge and mountain views from garden. Plenty of outside space and private pool. Access to apartment via steep hill, if you don't fancy the walk plenty of taxi's available at very reasonable cost. Sezen was very good, response to questions quick & efficient
