Outstanding property, really enjoyed staying there. Three suggestions, not complaints(!) 1. A better BBQ 2. Some scissors! 3. We were charged for our stay at the hotel at the end of our holiday, I think because we lay on their sunbeds by the pool! You should let your guests know that will be the case as it is not obvious.

Villa was new, modern, nicely designed and well appointed. Slightly smaller than the photos suggested.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location. Bedrooms are spacious. Air conditioning and WiFi both excellent. Only a 15 minute walk from the old town. Fabulous views over kalkan!

Villa Esra has a beautiful location near shops, is modern and clean and a perfect villa for a small family or friends. The air conditioning was a bit moody at times in 2 of the rooms, something to do with reduced gas supplies in Kalkan. The kitchen could do with a few more supplies like things such as kitchen scissors and other basics. Luckily we ate out most evenings and breakfast we got from the shop a 5 minute walk away. There was no supply of washing machine pods/powder which we thought was odd and had to ask for that and there was also only enough loo roll for a few days and no spare. All in all it was a really lovely villa and the pool and gardens were beautiful. We had a cleaner and towel and sheet change once during our visit, which again I had to ask for. We love Kalkan and will be back next year!

The accommodation was superb and the photos did not do it justice. It was also a lovely touch that they take the bins out for you everyday along with cleaning the pool and the outside space.

A wonderful villa within walking distance of the town. Great facilities and beautifully clean
