Just wow, what a Villa. Great location (right next to Zest) and walking distance to the beautiful village. The accommodation is stunning and very spacious. Only improvement is the hot water - luke warm most of the time.

This is a beautiful villa. There were eight of us staying and more than enough room for all of us and was equipped for us all. The location is great a 15 minute walk to the town (albeit a little across country). It is just above Zest Beach Club which is great and where we spent most days. The hill to the front door is steep but that is the joy of Kalkan! I would highly recommend.

Lovely location, good facilities, well maintained. Lots of stairs an can be slippy around the pool.

Really lovely villa with a beautiful view. Lots of space for a group of 10 ladies. We loved the location being so close to Zest beach club.

Villa Ravello is a beautiful property. Very well appointed. The views are stunning and the proximity to 3 beach clubs is perfect. The walk into the Old Town isn't far, but involves a very steep muddy/rocky downhill section which might not suit everyone. One thing to note is the WiFi doesn't reach the basement. We had a problem with ants in the bedroom closest to the front door at the start of the week. We couldn't tell where they were getting in, but managed to get rid of them using mosquito spray.

The best of 3 Kalkan villas we have stayed in. Great house, well appointed, lovely pool and services.

'Villa Ravello is a state of the art property, fully equipped, brand new and modern. It is located in the best part of Kalkan. The views from the house are magnificent. The house is very spacious, we were 8 adults and 2 small children and we felt very comfortable all the time. It is a superb villa!'
