Fabulous location and lovely villa - maintenance could be improved on a couple of small points; a few lights not working, drawers broken and one a/c unit needed fixing. Also on arrival there were very basic provisions - no salt, pepper or basic spices, no foil / clingfilm and the water in the separate unit was almost empty. Also considering the villa sleeps up to 8 people, the barbeque is pretty small. Nothing major to dent the overall enjoyment but small things that are low cost that would be a good touch. We loved the villa and its location, service to attend to needs was very swift and positive.
Great property. The villa caretaker had very poor English though and there was confusion over who was supposed to refill the water dispenser.

Lovely villa. Perfect for little ones with the children's pool. Great being able to see the children in the pool from the kitchen/living room. Taxis into town were very cheap.
It is a lovely and spacious property with easy access to Kalkan restaurants, beach and shopping. Having en suites to each bedroom is great.
Location of this property was amazing, as was the view. The villa layout was very well thought out and furnished well. Very conveniently located villa in Kormuluk area. Great pool with sea views. Wonderful view of the harbour and boats. Villa located within 3-4 minute walk of Palm Beach Club.
