Villa Xanthos (Notos Villa) | TC5311 | Modern Kas villa with private pool & use of communal facilities

A 4-bedroom villa located within the Notos complex, situated just above Ufak Dere Bay in Kas. This modern villa can accommodate up to 8 guests through three different levels and provides views of the mountainside and sea. The villa is located above the complex restaurant, providing a very short walk for a nice meal or drink. The communal pool is also located outside the restaurant providing easy access to this also.

Lower level
The lower level hosts a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom has private access to the street level that the restaurant is on. There is also a spare room on this floor with space for storage. 
Entrance level
The entrance level consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a separate W/C and the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is an L shaped sofa in front of a TV with a coffee table in between. The dining table has space for 8 guests and is adjacent to the kitchen area which has been sufficiently equipped for guests to self-cater. There are multiple doors that provide access to the garden and decking.
Upper level
The upper level has two en-suite bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom which houses a king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. On this level there is access to an outside terrace with a Jacuzzi.
Outdoors
Outdoors there is wooden decking and a garden area with a private infinity pool. On the deck there is a seating area providing views of the mountains and sea, a shaded swinging chair and an al fresco dining area. The pool is adjacent to the seating area and has an integrated Jacuzzi segment. There are plenty of sunbeds to enjoy catching a tan around the villa.
