Ground floor
The ground floor of the villa features a spacious open-plan living area comprising a modern kitchen, dining space and lounge area. The lounge is furnished with ample seating, a SMART TV and a DVD player, creating an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. Large doors lead directly out to the garden and pool terrace, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker and a wine fridge, providing everything needed for convenient self-catering during your stay. A separate laundry room is also located on this level. Also situated on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A separate WC is available on this floor. 
First floor
The first floor hosts three well-appointed bedrooms. Two double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and benefit from direct access to a shared balcony, where guests can enjoy the excellent sea views. The third bedroom is also a double room and includes its own en-suite bathroom.
Outside area
The outdoor space features a spacious pool terrace centred around a private infinity swimming pool (approximately 11m x 4m), perfectly positioned for enjoying the spectacular sea views. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun, as well as a BBQ and a shaded al-fresco dining area for outdoor meals with family and friends. A separate cushioned seating area provides an additional spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A gated entrance from the pool terrace leads to a scenic pathway consisting of approximately 162 steps down to a beach club-style bathing platform. Here, guests will find two additional sun loungers, offering an addational spot to relax.
