Set within the grounds of a luxury private estate, Villa Ezzahra is a grandiose red stone dwelling built in the traditional Moroccan architectural style and is nestled within a lush garden of pines, palms and olive trees. There is space to accommodate 14 people in 7 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, with 2 further bedrooms available on request at the The Pavilion. A large swimming pool, a games room, gym, hammam, and cinema mean that every mood is catered for. The estate is situated in the sought after district of Palmeraie, just a 15 minute drive from the wonder and excitement of Marrakech’s Medina and souks, and 12km from Menara airport. Stays at Ezzahra include all spa treatments, food and soft drinks as well as a return Marrakech airport transfer.

Villa Ezzahra
This villa is situated within a private estate amongst 20,000 square metres of landscaped garden along with Villa Alkhozama & Villa Azzaytouna (both can be booked separately as well as in conjunction with Ezzahra). Ezzahra guests can enjoy their own private gymnasium, Hammam, paddle tennis court, and billiards/pool room. The property has air-conditioning throughout, as well as central heating when required.

Staff and services
The estate comes fully staffed. The experienced cooks prepare a daily menu of delicious, seasonal Moroccan dishes alongside lighter European options and an enticing children's menu. The team of staff is headed up by estate manager Maria, who has been at Ezzahra Estate for over ten years. She is on hand to organise activities and excursions, including tours of the Medina, shopping trips, horse riding, yoga lessons and visits to the Atlas Mountains. 

The price includes sole use in exclusivity and all facilities offered at the house, unlimited Spa treatments, all food selected from our a la carte menus, all soft drinks, laundry service, a guided and accompanied tour to the Medina, swimming pool heating as required and one return airport transfer irrespective of numbers.

Inside the villa
Lower Ground Floor: Here you will find a Hammam and steam room, 2 treatment/massage rooms, and a fully equipped gymnasium featuring Technogym equipment. The spa menu offers a range of beauty treatments using Dermalogica products and Moroccan argan oil. These include massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and wet shaving for men. All treatments are included in the price and can be taken in the spa, in your room or by the pool.

Ground Floor: Ezzahra features a sumptuous living area for relaxing and dining, punctuated either side with traditional fireplaces for cosy evenings. The decor features rich earthy colours, parquet flooring and wide Berber rugs. The lounge area consists of 3 large sofas to sink in to, heavy dark wood furniture, collected pieces of curios from local souks, and a small library. You will also find exquisite pieces of Moroccan art from the owner's collection adorning the walls. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace. The dining space is fit for a banquet and is subtly illuminated from the glow of the magnificent brass arabesque lantern. A further set of patio doors open out to the covered terrace and more seating areas in the open air. For indoor entertainment, you will find a large cinema room (can also be used for meetings) stocked with a vast collection of DVDs, and a smaller screening room perfect for children. There is a games room with a full sized pool/billiards table. 

The ground floor contains 2 double (king size) bedrooms (can be made into twins), each with a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and an opening to the terrace

There are a further 2 double (king size) bedrooms (can either be twin beds or can stay interconnected), each with an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower. On this floor you will also find a separate entrance hall, a kitchen, and a cloakroom.

First Floor: There are 2 double bedrooms (can be made into twins), each with an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and a private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool A further Double (4 poster) bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and a private terrace overlooking rear gardens.

Outside the villa
There are multiple spaces to relax and unwind in the grounds of Ezzahra. A covered terrace wraps around the property and has different areas for lounging and dining; rattan tables and chairs for enjoying morning coffee, 2 large dining tables to bring everyone together over a Moroccan feast, and a fully furnished outdoor lounge with fireplace to gather around. By day the terrace provides welcome shade, and when night falls, the area is exquisitely lit by the an abundance of Moroccan lanterns.

Out into the lush garden, amongst the orange and pomegranate trees, you will find the large swimming pool (approx, 16m x 7m) surrounded by carved wooden sun loungers and Indian day beds for making the most of those lazy afternoons in the sun. There are ample parasols for when shade is required. There is also a large Berber tent with traditional seating that offers further sanctuary when the sun is at its peak. You will also be able to use the outdoor cinema which was a new addition for 2025.

Guests of Ezzahra can enjoy some healthy competition in the estate's communal paddle tennis court or the estate's communal 350-metre running/jogging/walking track.

Roof Terrace
Here you will find plenty of laid-back seating and an open fireplace; perfect for evening drinks by the glistening light of multiple brass lanterns. Please note that the wall surrounding the terrace is very low. Doors leading to the roof terrace can be locked to restrict access if there are young children in the party.

Villa Ezzahra is located within a private estate in the Palmeraie area of Marrakech, approximately 15 minutes' drive from the historic Medina and the city centre. The Palmeraie is known for its palm groves and spacious villa estates, offering a peaceful environment away from the busier parts of the city while remaining well positioned for visiting Marrakech's cultural attractions, restaurants and souks. The location also provides convenient access to several golf courses, leisure facilities and desert landscapes on the outskirts of the city.
