Villa Saada
There is truly something for everyone at this villa with plenty of peaceful spots to curl up with a book, a ping pong table and a bowling green for some healthy competition, a lush Mexican-style garden, and a magnificent swimming pool. If you want to explore the area then venture out to the nearby waterpark or golf courses, or truly immerse yourself into Marrakech by visiting Jemaa El-Fna square; the heart of the old city, and only a 15 minute drive from the Villa.

Accommodation
The luxurious Villa Saada sleeps up to 10 people in 4 suites, each with large bathrooms and dressing rooms designed with beautiful Moroccan furnishings and incandescent lighting. 3 suites have access to a private terrace with an outdoor lounge and a solarium. There is 1 separate bedroom with a bathroom, dressing room and a terrace with a table and armchairs. With both Moroccan and European style living rooms, each with a fireplace and beautiful large arch windows, there is plenty of space to unwind. The kitchen is perfectly fitted and well-equipped, and there is an open and well-lit dining room which seats up to 12 people.

Outside the villa
Facing the Atlas Mountains, the grounds surrounding Villa Saada are made up of 4000 m² of landscaped gardens and 6000 m² of vegetable plots and promenade. The garden is pristine and well maintained to provide a tranquil and beautiful environment for guests.

There is a large terrace outside and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. There is a 40m² pool house on the property with a very comfortable living room, a bar, 3 high tables with stools, a bathroom and a barbecue, all furnished beautifully with red and white touches.

The 15m x 5m swimming pool is situated in the centre of the property grounds. Around the pool are 10 cushioned sun loungers, a daybed and ample parasols. Pool towels are included. The swimming pool is heated according to the season with a supplement of €55 a day. Surrounding the pool is the large lush garden providing shade with fruitful trees, and at night time, the garden and pool come to life with the glow of the brass lanterns.
