Plans can change, but the anticipation of a holiday should remain uncomplicated. Flexible booking is available on the vast majority of Kalkan villas and apartments in our collection and will be applied on all new bookings made from 01/06/2026 only. Where Flexible Booking applies, you have additional reassurance should your plans alter - whether that means changing your travel dates or converting your deposit into a voucher for a future stay.
What flexible booking includes
Choose one option, provided your request is made 70 or more days before check-in.
One date change is permitted, subject to availability. New travel dates must fall within 1 year of the checkout date of the original booking.
Cancel your booking and your deposit will be converted into a voucher which can be used towards a future booking deposit for new dates that fall within 1 year of the original booking.
Flexible booking is available on the vast majority of Kalkan villas and apartments in our collection and will be applied on all new bookings made from 01/06/2026 only. Only one date change or one cancellation is permitted per booking. Flexible options are not available within 70 days of check-in.
Voucher terms
Who can use it
The voucher may only be used by the lead guest named on the original booking, and the lead guest must also be staying at the newly booked property.
What it can be used for
The voucher may only be applied towards the standard deposit on a new booking for travel dates that fall within 1 year of the checkout date of the original booking.
The voucher cannot be used to pay any amount beyond the standard deposit and cannot be used towards the final balance.
After using it
Once a voucher has been used towards a new booking, no further changes or cancellations are permitted.
Voucher expiry
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the checkout date of the original booking and any new travel dates must fall within this timeframe.
For example, a voucher issued from an original booking made from 01/08/2026 - 08/08/2026 will expire on 08/08/2027. The voucher must be used towards a new booking with travel dates that fall before 08/08/2027.
If a voucher is used before expiry and a balance remains, the expiry date for that remaining balance automatically extends by one additional year.
How voucher values work
Example: If your original booking was for 01/08/2026 to 08/08/2026 and you have a £2,000 voucher valid until 08/08/2027, you can use it towards a new booking made before that expiry date. If the deposit required for your new booking is £1,500, we will apply £1,500 to the booking. The remaining £500 will stay on your voucher and its expiry date will be extended by one further year, to 08/08/2028.

CAN I GET FLEXIBLE BOOKING ON ANY PROPERTY?
No. Flexible Booking is only available on selected stays in Kalkan, Turkey where Flexible Booking is specifically indicated.
Can I change my booking more than once?
No. Flexible Booking allows one date change only.
Can I both change and cancel my booking?
No. You may choose either one date change or one cancellation for deposit credit.
Can I use my voucher towards my final balance?
No. Vouchers may only be used towards the standard deposit for a new booking.
Can I use my voucher credit on a destination outside Kalkan, Turkey?
Yes. Voucher credit can be used towards a new booking on any property and destination offered by The Turquoise Collection, subject to the applicable booking terms.
Can someone else use my voucher?
No. The voucher may only be used by the lead guest named on the original booking.
What happens if I only use part of my voucher?
Any remaining balance will stay on your voucher and remain valid until its expiry date. If a balance remains after use, the expiry date for that remaining balance automatically extends by one additional year.
Example: If your voucher value is £2,000 and is valid until 31 October 2027, and the deposit for your new booking in 2027 is £1,500, then £1,500 will be applied towards the booking and the remaining £500 will stay on your voucher. The remaining £500 balance will automatically have its expiry extended by one additional year, making it valid until 31 October 2028. If any remaining voucher balance is not used before its expiry date, it will no longer be valid.
Can I extend my voucher?
Voucher expiry dates cannot be manually extended. However, if you use part of your voucher before its expiry date and a remaining balance exists, the remaining balance will automatically receive a one-year extension.
What happens if I don't use my voucher before it expires?
If your voucher, or any remaining voucher balance, is not used before its expiry date, it will expire and can no longer be used towards a future booking.
Can I exchange my voucher for cash?
No. Vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable, both in full or in part.
If I booked prior to 01/06/2026 can flexible booking be applied to my booking?
No. Flexible booking is only applicable to new bookings made on or after 01/06/2026.
