Guests can also enjoy sourdough bread from Istanbul, handmade jams, smoked meats from Denizli, and the finest olive oil from Ayvalık.

The restaurant operates on an à la carte basis and is open for both lunch and dinner, offering a carefully curated menu for guests to enjoy. Each morning, guests are treated to a delicious buffet breakfast, showcasing fresh local produce and homemade delicacies. 

Next to the front swimming pool you will also find a bar where you can order a wide range of beverages, including their expertly crafted cocktails to enjoy beside the pool.

"I had the opportunity to dine at the Fidanka Hotel's restaurant and enjoyed a fantastic evening meal. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by its rustic charm and intimate ambiance. The dining area featured mismatched, handcrafted furniture that beautifully enhanced the cozy, rustic atmosphere. The tables were candlelit and elegantly set, adding a warm touch to the overall experience. The menu offered a wide selection of mezes, as well as fish and meat dishes, accompanied by a range of beverages to complement the meal. A personal favourite touch of mine was the hearing soft jazz music in the background whilst looking over Kisla and out to sea."
