Additional highlights include a private tennis court and a master bedroom with a sauna and Jacuzzi.
Indoor space
There are 4 spacious double bedrooms (two on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor terraces and two on the first floor), all with garden views and an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and also features a private sauna and Jacuzzi positioned to overlook the surrounding forest and mountains. Please note that one of the ground floor bedrooms is accessed separately from the main villa offering an ideal option for older teenagers/young adults looking for independence or maybe grandparents looking for a little more peace and privacy.
Outdoor space
Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa also boasts a private tennis court, a fruit garden, a pergola-covered walking path, and a magnificent 300-year-old olive tree, adding to the property's charm and sense of tranquillity.

Compulsory Additional Charges
Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Sunset can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance.
