Villa Kaila offers a peaceful escape for up to five guests. This modern two-bedroom villa features spacious, comfortable interiors and is designed for relaxation and privacy. Guests can unwind in the large outdoor space, which includes a private swimming pool, shaded seating areas, and a garden. For added indulgence, Villa Kaila also boasts a sauna. The traditional village of Üzümlü is known for its quiet, authentic atmosphere, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and panoramic mountain views, offering a taste of rural Turkish life while still being within easy reach of Kalkan’s restaurants, beach clubs, and vibrant harbour.
The Villa
Villa Kaila is a modern, well-equipped villa featuring
spacious, open plan accommodation, two en-suite bedrooms and a
sauna. The open-plan living area connects directly to
the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and
includes a fully equipped American-style kitchen, dining area for
six guests and a lounge with a Flat Screen TV. The villa offers two
ensuite bedrooms-one with a double bed and one with three single
beds (two of which can be configured as a double on request). Both
bedrooms are furnished with a dressing table, wardrobe,
nightstands, a furnished balcony, and a Jacuzzi bath positioned to
overlook the plains and Patara beach.
Outdoor area
The highlights of Villa Kaila's outdoor area include a spacious
private swimming pool, an al fresco dining area complete with a
BBQ, and a variety of comfortable seating options. Guests can
unwind on sun loungers beneath shady parasols, enjoy the tranquil
garden space, or relax on the cushioned sofa set or swing seat.
Much of the outdoor area boasts views of the surrounding mountains,
with the panorama extending all the way to the beach of
Patara.

Compulsory Additional Charges
Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
