The modern 5-bedroom Villa Elmas is located in Kalamar Bay and uses large expanses of glass to maximise the incredible sea views and bring the outside in. Accommodating up to ten guests, the villa boasts five en-suite sea-view bedrooms, a large infinity swimming pool, and a generous terrace equipped with comfortable furniture transforming the outside space into an array of areas to entertain, dine, relax and swim. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and table football for added entertainment.
Indoor space
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that offer direct access to the pool terrace and showcase the sea views. There is also an en-suite shower room, chaise longue, wardrobe and dressing table area.
Three of the villas five bedrooms are on the first floor -
Bedroom 2 - The spacious master double bedroom has a large double bed facing the floor to ceiling glass doors which lead to the furnished balcony offering breath-taking views of Kalkan Bay. The bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table area, and features a large en-suite bathroom that offers spectacular sea views.
Bedroom 3 - A spacious sea-view double bedroom decorated in calming neutral tones, featuring bedside tables, a chaise longue, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a private furnished balcony overlooking the sea.
Bedroom 4 - A sea facing twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This room also has bedside tables, a wardrobe, dressing table area and sliding floor to ceiling glass doors which open to the sea view Juliette balcony and incredible views of Kalkan Bay.
The remaining bedroom is located on the second floor -
Bedroom 5 - The second floor bedroom is a double room with bedside tables, an arm chair, dressing table area and en- suite shower room. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto the large roof terrace furnished with rattan seating - a great setting for sunset drinks overlooking the bay or simply enjoying the sea views.
Outdoor space
The terrace is also home to a cushioned seating area, a hammock, a shaded outdoor dining table with BBQ and seating for 10 guests, parasols and a raised decking with hanging chairs and additional seating. Table tennis and table football are also available on the pool terrace for some friendly competition.
The entire terrace benefits from striking views of the turquoise sea, as well as Snake and Mouse Islands.
Local area
This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Villa Elmas can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance.
