Villa Sura has been thoughtfully designed in neutral tones with natural coloured textiles, pops of colour, cool marble floors, contemporary light fittings and wooden features, which combined with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, gives a beautifully airy and light feel to the property.

Ground floor
A spacious open-plan living area covers the ground floor and features a dining set with solid wood table and comfortable grey upholstered chairs, and a lounge area with large curved sofa, armchair, solid wood coffee table and a wide flatscreen TV on a wooden unit. The well-equipped kitchen area features smooth beige units and island with a contrasting wooden breakfast bar and 4 stools. Each area has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with access to the pool terrace. A WC can also be found on this floor.

First floor
Three of the six bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two twin bedrooms, both also available as double bedrooms, each have an en-suite bathroom and a private furnished sea view balcony. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also benefits from a private furnished sea view balcony.

Second floor
The second floor is home to one double bedroom, situated beneath the eaves of the property. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and large, sliding glass doors which lead out to the roof terrace.

Lower ground floor
A separate lower ground floor can be accessed via external steps from the pool terrace. Here guests can find the sauna and massage suite with an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are located here*. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the twin bedroom can be configured as a double if required, with a shared bathroom, which could be ideal for a family group, with older teens or grandparents looking for some more privacy away from the main part of the villa. *Please note that these bedrooms are not suitable for unaccompanied younger children as the lower ground floor is self-contained.

The wide terrace area is perfect for entertaining and has a large dining area under a shaded canopy, accompanied by an impressive BBQ and an outdoor sink. There is also a cushioned lounge set by the private infinity pool which is great for a lazy morning coffee. Ample sun loungers for relaxing are dotted around the poolside as well as box planters and landscaped areas adding tropical colour to the terrace.  

Roof terrace - Villa Sura features an impressive roof terrace space with sea views out to Snake and Mouse Islands - the perfect place for a sundowner. The terrace comprises a Jacuzzi, decked seating areas, sun loungers, comfortable sofa set and an outdoor bar complete with a flat screen TV, fireplace, sink and drinks fridge. There is a remote control roof awning offering either shade or the chance to enjoy the starry night sky in an evening. Along with direct access from the second floor bedroom, the roof terrace space can be accessed through a door on the landing.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

Villa Sura is fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi throughout. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Please note that the lower ground floor bedrooms are not suitable for unaccompanied younger children as this level is self-contained.
