The Garden Court Roof Terrace is fully air-conditioned throughout, arranged over two floors, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each floor is spacious and furnished with an emphasis on a calm and relaxing space - both inside and outside the apartment.

Entrance level / upper floor - The entrance (which can be accessed via steps from the road) and small garden area leads into a stylish and airy open plan living space. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need, including a large fridge/freezer, dish washer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The extensive living area has a wide-reaching corner sofa with cushions, reading chair, floor lamp, coffee table, 6-person dining table and large Smart television - the ideal setting to relax and unwind. Full length sliding doors open to a large balcony, perfect for alfresco dining. Bedroom one is a comfortable, modern style bedroom decorated in calming neutral tones, with en-suite bathroom (shower only). This room contains a double bed, generous wardrobe, vanity station and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead onto the large balcony with partial sea views. Bedroom two is a comfortable, modern style bedroom, decorated in calming neutral tones, this room contains a double bed, spacious wardrobe, vanity station and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with partial sea views, relaxed seating and overlooking the peaceful garden area, a perfect oasis of calm. There is an additional shower room and WC.

Roof floor - Steps lead to the roof floor and a second, stylishly furnished living and sleeping space; reading chairs and sofas, and a bar with a fridge and sink complete the layout. Sliding glass doors lead out onto a private sun terrace with plunge pool and spectacular sea and mountain views. A peaceful area to enjoy sunbathing, a cooling dip during the day or relaxed dining at night. Bedroom three is a comfortable, modern style bedroom, decorated in calming neutral tones, this room contains a double bed, spacious wardrobe, vanity station and bedside tables with fabulous sea views.

The large, shared swimming pool, 6 cushioned sun beds, parasols, landscaped garden with free standing hammock and walled seating area can be accessed via the stairs leading to Apartment No. 1. All three Garden Court apartments; Apartment No.1, Apartment No.2 and the Roof Terrace Apartment can be booked together if required. Ideal for larger family or friendship groups who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.

Elevated between the Old Town and Kalamar Bay, Central Kalkan (or Ortaalan) offers a more spacious feel while maintaining easy access to the town's amenities. Its hillside position provides wide Mediterranean views and a quieter atmosphere than the historic centre, which is reachable within an 8 to 20-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. The area is highly practical, with supermarkets, bars, and local restaurants typically within a 10-minute walk of most properties, making it a convenient base for those who want both scenery and proximity to daily essentials.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
