Villa Esra Exclusive is one of 4 Arden Exclusive Villas situated in a premium location close to the sea, with Kalkan's atmospheric old town just a short walk away. Exclusive to The Turquoise Collection, these stylish properties offer modern Kalkan villa accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Ground floor
The ground floor features an elegant open plan living
space decorated in warm neutral tones of soft greys and
natural light wood, giving a homely yet stylish feel. The
space comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable
dining area for all the guests to enjoy. The lounge area consists
of one large plush sofa and two easy chairs, coffee table and flat
screen TV. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors
across the ground floor living space allow the natural light to
flood in and offer great views across the Turquoise Coast.
Bedroom 1 - this room features twin beds, bedside tables, vanity
station, wardrobe and an en-suite. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding
doors lead out to the pool terrace and have views across the
bay.
First floor
Bedroom 2 - This room features a double bed, bedside tables,
vanity station, wardrobe and an en-suite. Floor-to-ceiling glass
sliding doors that lead out to a sea view balcony.
Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom furnished with a bedside table,
vanity station, wardrobe and an en-suite. This room has
floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out to a sea view
balcony.
Outdoor space
The spacious terrace facing out towards the bay runs alongside the
front of the villa and features different areas for relaxing and
entertaining. Located to the side of the property and conveniently
close to the kitchen is an al-fresco dining set and barbequing area
under a shaded pergola; perfect for creating some memorable evening
feasts. A comfortable cushioned lounge set and parasol are
positioned at the front of the terrace where the views can be
enjoyed with a cool drink in hand. The private infinity pool
is a good size and sun beds and parasols are provided for lazing
around after a dip.
The 4 villas
4 villas in the same location also provides the ideal opportunity
for larger groups of family or friends to holiday together at
neighbouring properties but still retain their own

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Esra can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Villa Esra has a beautiful location near shops, is modern and clean and a perfect villa for a small family or friends. The air conditioning was a bit moody at times in 2 of the rooms, something to do with reduced gas supplies in Kalkan. The kitchen could do with a few more supplies like things such as kitchen scissors and other basics. Luckily we ate out most evenings and breakfast we got from the shop a 5 minute walk away. There was no supply of washing machine pods/powder which we thought was odd and had to ask for that and there was also only enough loo roll for a few days and no spare. All in all it was a really lovely villa and the pool and gardens were beautiful. We had a cleaner and towel and sheet change once during our visit, which again I had to ask for. We love Kalkan and will be back next year!
The accommodation was superb and the photos did not do it justice. It was also a lovely touch that they take the bins out for you everyday along with cleaning the pool and the outside space.
