Villa Merlot offers 5 spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, and has plenty of outside space, so important in the Kalkan climate. It also sits in a convenient central Kalkan location approximately 12 minutes walk from the old town.
Lower ground floor
Bedrooms one and two are located on the lower ground floor
guests will find two out of the villas five bedrooms. The first is
the master double bedroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath, dressing
room and en-suite shower room. There is also one of the twin
bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and shared garden/terrace.
Further along the corridor you will find a garage/games room
including a pool table and table tennis. Please note that there are
no sea views on this level, however there are garden views from the
bedrooms on this floor.
Ground floor
The ground floor is open plan, with a fitted kitchen
equipped to self-cater, dining area for up to 10 guests and living
space complete with a L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV. Large,
glass sliding doors open out onto the pool and terrace space.
Bedroom three, guests will also find the second twin bedroom on
this floor with an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate
W/C on this floor.
First
floor
Bedrooms four and five have two further double bedrooms are
located on the first floor. They each have an en-suite shower room
and furnished balconies with sea views.
Outdoor
area
The terrace is well furnished and provides plenty of space
for guests to relax and enjoy the sun and views. There are 10 sun
loungers and 4 sun parasols, as well as a dining table under a
pergola and two large rattan seating areas and a coal BBQ. You will
also find the outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool here which is
accessible by ladder. The pool dimensions are 9 metres x 4 metres x
1.8 metres deep. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included for Turquoise
Collection guests. Villa Merlot also has a water & bread
delivery service available for an additional cost.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Merlot can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Merlot and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Merlot as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The villa was very hard to find in taxi and mainly because the sign could not be seen with all the plants that had grown around it No sheets on beds just a top cover that was uncomfortable on your skin. A couple more towels per room would have been nice too Everything else was perfect"
The Turquoise Collection organised a couple of local experiences, our sea kayaking at Kekova and it was absolute brilliant and the boat trip excellent. Food and staff outstanding.
We found our first experience with Turquoise excellent and would definitely use you again and also recommend. It felt like we were in safe hands and everything that was supposed to happen did. In this day and age reliability is not often a given but it was with you. Thank you.
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Merlot! The Turquoise collection staff was very responsive and helpful as we were selecting our rental. Mustafa was likewise a great resource once we were on the ground in Turkey. The property was pristine, comfortable, and well-located. The biggest note that we would share is that, given the considerable rental fee, the supplies that were provided as part of the rental felt scanty and not consistent with the luxury nature of the property and service otherwise.. More towels and toilet paper would have been reasonable, as would have more kitchen supplies
The villa suited our group of 10 as it had lots of different spaces available. Location to the town was great and within walking distance. The villa was clean modern and well presented.
Villa Merlot is in an excellent location and is a contemporary villa with a fantastic outside space and fabulous views. Internally all rooms are to a high spec and there is an added bonus of a games room in the basement. Highly recommend.
Great location with plenty of space for 10 people in luxurious comfort. The pool was used everyday and it was nice that there were loungers for all guests. The villa was superb and very well furnished. Having the games room was a big plus for the teenagers who wanted to escape from the parents.
Villa Merlot was a great villa in a really good location. It was the first time my wife and I had been on holiday and the real thing lived up to the photos we had seen online. The only small change we would ask for is a bigger bin in the kitchen, so if that is the only thing we would change, you can tell we had a great holiday!
