Located in an elevated position within Kalkan's Centre, Villa Vacilando boasts picturesque views over Kalkan's Bay. There are three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The walk into town is a short 15 minutes downhill making this an ideal location for those looking for spectacular views with a short walk to Kalkan's popular dining scene and beach.
Indoor space
As you walk through the property you will come across the modern open plan kitchen area with a six seated dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow guests to self-cater and includes a kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. You can access the pool terrace area via the glass sliding doors from this space. Located in between the kitchen and the dining area is a doorway into the living area. Here there are two material sofas with cushions, an armchair and flat screen TV. The views from this property are exceptional with large glass sliding doors that overlook the pool terrace and sea. Before reaching the open plan kitchen area, there are a set of stairs leading up to two further bedrooms. Both of these are double rooms with en-suites.
First floor - As you gain access to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a private terrace area, there are some great sea views from the room and multiple windows which enhance the views. There is a wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom within the room. There is a second bedroom which is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe. This bedroom also has a sea view.

Villa Vacilando can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Vacilando and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Vacilando as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
