Villa Vista Mare is a well presented 4-bedroom villa that sleeps up to 8 guests. It features a private pool and is set in a peaceful location near Kalkan’s olive groves, offering views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The villa has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offers a variety of comfortable spaces to unwind — from the stylish interiors to the outdoor poolside and dining terraces, making it a great setting for a relaxing getaway. It is a quick 5-10 minute walk from Kalkan’s charming old town, beach, harbour, shops, and restaurants, giving you easy access to everything you need.

Pool Terrace
At the centre of the outdoor terrace is the villa's private swimming pool (approximately L7m x W3.5m x D1.6m). Six sun loungers with parasols are arranged around it, offering plenty of space to relax. On the far side, there's a cushioned sofa set with a coffee table, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the view. The terrace feels spacious and calm, with mature plants around the edges and views of the surrounding olive trees.

Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Vista Mare offers a seamless blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for relaxed poolside living. It features two well-appointed bedrooms and an open-plan living/dining space.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with two single beds, a dressing table, and a private ensuite bathroom. Large glass doors frame views of the pool and open directly onto the terrace, inviting in natural light and fresh air.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed and a dressing table, with its own private bathroom conveniently located just across the hall. Like Bedroom 1, it boasts large glass doors that open to the pool terrace.

This level also features a compact kitchen/bar area and a comfortable sitting area equipped with a flat-screen TV- a great spot for unwinding. This space opens out to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors, making it easy to enjoy refreshments throughout the day or take a break from the sun while staying connected to the outdoor ambiance.

First Floor
The first floor of Villa Vista Mare is the heart of the villa- an open, light-filled space designed for relaxation. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, and a stone fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is a modern dining space with a table and seating for six, alongside a fully equipped kitchen enabling guests to both entertain and enjoy home-cooked meals.

Large glass doors line the space, opening onto Juliet balconies that frame views of the sea, mountains, and surrounding olive groves. From this level, you'll also find access to the outdoor dining terrace, which features a large table for eight, a parasol for shade, and sea views. 

A set of stone steps leads directly down from the dining terrace to the pool area.

Second Floor 
The entire second floor of Villa Vista Mare is dedicated to the master suite, offering a private and peaceful retreat with breath-taking views. This spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, a dressing table, armchair, and a private ensuite bathroom. Multiple windows fill the room with natural light, while two sets of sliding glass doors open onto private balconies-ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink while taking in the sea views. 

There is also a separate bathroom on this floor designed to be used by guests staying in the third floor/roof terrace bedroom. 

Third Floor/Roof Terrace 
The rooftop level is home to the fourth bedroom. This penthouse bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a super king-size bed and showcases Kalkan's breath-taking sea views through the large, glass sliding doors which provide direct access to the roof terrace. 

The terrace is furnished with a comfortable sitting area, inviting you to relax and take in the panoramic views of the coastline, mountains, and olive groves. Whether you're watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying a sunset drink, the roof terrace offers an unforgettable setting.
