Villa Old Town Arden can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. What a wonderful stay at Old Town Arden - the views were wonderful, especially when watching the sunset over snake and mouse island. The villa itself was a great size and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal just a short, two-minute walk to a variety of restaurants and shops in the old town. The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic and kept clean and tidy every day. I Can't wait to go back.
Amazing location with stunning views. Property has been upgraded to a good standard. Well equipped kitchen and pool area maintenance very good. The top bedroom in the eves needs maintenance as curtains wouldn't close and hole in bathroom wall. Would have been good to have a pack containing local area/taxi numbers/how to get refill for water. But when text property owner was on hand straightaway. BBQ needs replacing as unusable. But fantastic villa on the whole and would stay again.
Beautiful Villa with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Beds comfortable Swimming pool and jacuzzi 5 * We found it very hilly and it wouldnt suit people with mobility problems Arif was there to meet us, we had a couple of minor problems which he corrected on the same day.. Great modern property. Plenty of space for everyone. Liked that the bedrooms were all en-suite and had sea view balconies. Hot water a bit hit and miss so we staggered our shower times.
A perfectly located property within easy walking distance of everything that Kalkan has to offer. A fantastic pool and Jacuzzi but the outdoor areas are a little overlooked as it looks onto a road (albeit a quiet one, but you do get people passing by and cars parking by the villa). Five bedrooms, but the top bedroom bathroom would only suit short people!. Great showers and good air conditioning. A small but fully functional kitchen and good communal dining areas. A lovely villa, but a little overlooked would be my final summary.

The Villa is in a perfect location within walking distance to the beach and bars. Very quiet at night. I love Kalkan and can not wait to return.
