Wow! What a villa. What a view. We had the most luxurious week in Architects House. The photos looked almost too good to be true and we were a bit worried the villa would not meet our expectations, however I can confirm it is just as amazing in real life - if not more so. The villa is in a quiet area but Kalkan town is only a 20 minute walk and is crammed full of restaurants, bars and shops. Everywhere is very hilly so you need to be fit to walk anywhere. We used to walk into town (downhill) and get a taxi back which was only £5. The beach club is very close and didn't take long to walk there but it was hard work walking back up the steps. There is a supermarket by the villa but it is quite expensive, we found a cheaper one in town. We had lovely meals in Salt and Pepper, Panorama and Seaport. We have fallen in love with Kalkan and if we ever come back it will have to be to Architects House as no where else could possibly compare. We spent 2 of the most amazing weeks here. The villa was incredible, the view were exceptional and we enjoyed every moment. David and Ahmet were amazing if we needed anything. We return to Kalkan time and time again and will definitely return to the Architect's House.

We had the most amazing 2 weeks here. The villa was stunning, comfortable and clean. Beautifully maintained by a fabulous team who were always on hand. I cannot fault anything on the trip at all. Special thanks to David and Ahmet.

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at the beautiful Architect's House in Kalkan. This was our third visit to this beautiful villa and our 4th visit to Kalkan in 4 years. The trip was expertly arranged for us once again with Imogen and we are so happy to be booking our next visit for summer 2027 with the Turquoise Collection. We look forward to returning next year, it is such a perfect holiday for us to spend time relaxing as a family, knowing that the villa so well we can relax as soon as we arrive.

Had a fantastic 5 days here in the villa.  Both a perfect base for discovering and a place to rest.

So many places to eat in the town, we liked Panorama, Coast, Doy Doy, Mahal and the village restaurant Pirha Köy Sofrası - go for breakfast.

Jet ski highlight was the jumping swordfish.

All in all a very rewarding time.

We have had a wonderful week here, enjoying the space, the view and the attention to detail. All of the service staff were excellent!

It was rather special for us as our daughter got engaged and had a beautiful ring made at Yardan.

Our favourite restaurants were Korsan Fish Meze with a fantastic saxophonist/singer, mey who brought our daughter and her fiancé complimentary cocktails and fireworks, then Antioch with some different starters and friendly staff. 

This is our 18th year and best villa by far!

Another glorious break in Kalkan. Heading back to reality feeling super relaxed and recharged (if a little heavier!).

Highlights have to be our lovely private boat trip on Caretta 2. Stand out meal (by a mile) was Mina Art Café - Persian perfection (booking it now!).

The villa has been an exceptional base with exceptional help on hand - thanks to Ridvan, and Yusuf the taxi man - both fabulous.

What a superb villa Architect's House is, everything has been perfectly executed, making for a relaxing holiday, we do not want to leave!

This is our fourth year in wonderful Kalkan, and we're still finding new things to explore, canoeing down the Xanthos river this time around.

What an amazing villa! We have just spent such a brilliant week and love every last detail of this villa, it was perfect. The pool, the space, the way the villa is finished is spot on!
