To the side, you'll find a kidney-shaped swimming pool with an integrated seating area and Jacuzzi jets. Six cushioned sun loungers are arranged around the pool, while a small al-fresco dining area and a built-in cushioned stone sofa provide additional spots for lounging and socialising. This area of the terrace also enjoys lovely sea views. Just a few steps up, a shaded dining terrace offers a cool and comfortable retreat, with seating for six and a BBQ.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is designed with open-plan living in mind, offering a spacious layout throughout. A fully equipped kitchen looks out towards the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on children while preparing meals. A large dining table and a generous corner sofa facing the 55 inch TV/DVD player provide comfortable spaces for dining and relaxing.  Two sets of full-height glass doors flood the space with natural light and open out onto the pool terrace and garden.
