Villa Beyaz is a 5-bedroom villa in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, with sea views towards Snake Island and Mouse Island. The villa's outdoor area features a generously sized private pool with a shallow children's section, making it a good choice for larger family or friend groups. In addition, Villa Beyaz benefits from a table tennis table, a roof terrace for quiet moments with the view, and two master bedrooms—one featuring an indoor pool and the other a Jacuzzi bath.
The Villa
Villa Beyaz features a bright open-plan living area
with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight, and
lounge with large sofas, coffee table, and SMART TV.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors open directly onto the
pool terrace, with views of the pool and sea.
The five bedrooms are located across all three floors. On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a vanity desk. Large glass sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating easy outdoor access. This bedroom uses a separate bathroom located directly opposite the room.
The first floor hosts three bedrooms: two master double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All three bedrooms are ensuite and include wardrobes and bedside tables.
- Master Bedroom One - Includes a vanity desk and armchair, an indoor Jacuzzi bath positioned to enjoy sea views, and a sea view balcony.
- Master Bedroom Two - Features a vanity desk and two armchairs, along with a private indoor pool (with heating available for an additional charge) and a large bay window overlooking the sea.
- Twin Bedroom - Offers a sea view balcony.
On the third floor, there is a twin bedroom furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity area. This bedroom uses a separate bathroom located directly opposite the room. Large glass sliding doors provide direct access to a furnished roof terrace with panoramic views of Snake and Mouse Island.

Space
Outside, the villa centres around a good-sized kidney-shaped
pool with a shallow children's section. There is a BBQ, al-fresco
dining table, and 10 sun loungers with parasols around the pool,
plus a large, comfortable outdoor sofa set and table tennis table.
The terrace has sea views looking over Kalkan, with views of Snake
and Mouse Island.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Beyaz can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A deposit of 20% of the accommodation cost secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Beyaz and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Beyaz as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
