Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Guler comprises the kitchen, dining, and living spaces in a well-designed open plan that's both stylish and functional.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a central island with bar stool seating for three. Sliding glass doors open directly from the kitchen to the al-fresco dining and BBQ area on the pool terrace, enabling outdoor meals and entertaining. Inside, a large dining table comfortably seats eight guests, offering the option to dine indoors while still enjoying views of the terrace and surrounding landscape.

At the front of the villa, the lounge area offers a comfortable space to unwind, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Full-height sliding glass doors on both sides of the lounge frame views of the pool, mountains, and the sea beyond.

This floor also includes a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table with a stool. Sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and pool area, with mountain views. Please note: this bedroom can be configured as a double. 

A guest WC and a separate utility room complete the ground floor amenities.

First Floor
The first floor of Villa Guler offers three well-appointed bedrooms. The first and second double bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table with a stool. Sliding glass doors in both rooms open onto a shared wrap-around balcony, furnished with two chairs and a table. 

The master bedroom also features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table with a stool, along with an added touch of indulgence: a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bathtub, twin basins, and a separate shower. Sliding doors lead to a private sea-view balcony, furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

Outdoor Space
The outdoor space at Villa Guler is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. At its heart is a 12-metre swimming pool with a Jacuzzi section, surrounded by ample sun loungers and parasols for long, lazy days in the sun. To the front of the villa, a spacious seating area set beneath a pergola is perfectly positioned to enjoy the sea views. Towards the rear, a second pergola shades the al-fresco dining area, complete with a table for 10, BBQ, sink, preparation space, and a fridge. Just beyond, guests can enjoy a game of table tennis and find the garden area at the back of the villa, where orange and lime trees make for an attractive and fragrant backdrop. 

Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor of Villa Guler features a spacious en-suite bedroom. This flexible twin room can be configured as a double and includes a seating area and a convenient kitchenette, making it ideal for guests seeking a little extra independence. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open directly onto a partially sea-facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. 

Please note: this bedroom is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, providing an added sense of privacy for couples, teenagers, or accompanying guests.
