Open-plan living area
The indoor area of Villa Mini Arden is a blend of comfort and
style, designed for relaxation and convenience. It features a
spacious L-shaped sofa that faces a TV, perfect for cosy evenings
in. A dining table sits nearby, offering a comfortable space for
meals. The open layout is enhanced by sliding patio doors that lead
directly to the pool terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and
outdoor living.
Bedroom
The bedroom is located off the living area and decorated in a
fresh white theme. This room has a double bed with en-suite shower
room. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, dressing table,
mirror, and glass doors which also open out onto the poolside
terrace offering views of the Kalkan bay.
Outdoor space
The outdoor area of Villa Mini Arden is a serene retreat with sea views. It features a private pool, two sun loungers, and colourful beanbags for relaxed seating. A cosy rattan seating area provides a perfect spot to unwind, while the al-fresco dining area and BBQ are ideal for meals under the stars. This space combines comfort and style, offering everything needed for relaxation and outdoor entertainment.
Local area
Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey is a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.
Kalkan, Turkey
Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Mini Arden can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Great villa with a fantastic outside space, including a good size pool. The views are amazing and definitely the highlight. The villa is well laid out and is well equipped although the bedding needs improving to include more than one top sheet. A lot of the cups, glasses and plates had chips so could do with replacing. The Villa is located on a steep hill but definitely worth it for the view. Walking down to the harbour is manageable but a taxi is recommended for the journey back. Overall a great Villa!
