The popular Zest, Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs are also within easy walking distance, making the apartment an excellent base for a Kalkan holiday.

Apartment Allegra Four has two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are generously sized and benefit from en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and provides direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be arranged as a double on request.
Outdoor space
Apartment Allegra Four forms part of a small and exclusive complex and shares its large sea-view infinity pool with just five other apartments. The spacious pool terrace is equipped with ample sun loungers and parasols, providing plenty of space for guests to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. There is also a shaded seating area with a BBQ, available for guests to use at their leisure.
In addition to access to the communal infinity pool, Apartment Allegra Four also benefits from a private pool located at the rear of the property. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, offering a private space to relax and unwind.

Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Apartment Allegra Four can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
