A property of immense charm and character that offers the rare combination of a very spacious, well-furnished and maintained living space. This villa has an exceptionally large pool and outside area, comprising terraces, and a balcony that extends the full width of the first floor. It is not just the accommodation that makes this property so special, the prime location is very convenient for much of what Kalkan has to offer and affords wonderful views across the bay even after the sun goes down. Villa Bahce offers very comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms.
Indoor space
On the ground floor, the well-furnished living area runs the full depth of the right-hand side of the villa (looking out to sea), connecting directly with the swimming pool terrace at one end and a modern, fully equipped kitchen at the other. The kitchen opens via sliding glass doors to a garden area beyond. An elegant entrance hall also leads to a separate TV and reading room, comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, offering a relaxed space to unwind. Two double bedrooms are located on this floor, both with direct access to the swimming pool terrace through sliding glass doors.
The first floor features three spacious bedrooms, comprising two doubles and one twin (which can be arranged as a double on request), all with sea view balconies. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

Located about a 15-minute walk east of Kalkan's old town, white pebble beach and harbour, Komurluk is well-positioned for watching the sunset. The area overlooks the bay toward Kalkan harbour, offering beautiful views of the town and the mountainside as they light up at night. The beach clubs nearby offer platforms with ladders leading directly into the water, paired with sunbeds on tiered decking and lunch options overlooking the bay. You can choose between family-oriented clubs with watersports and more relaxed spots suited for quiet afternoons, with a free shuttle boat service to the harbour generally included for those using the facilities.

Villa Bahce can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Bahce and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Bahce as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
