Accommodation is arranged over 3 floors as follows:
There are just 3 steps to the entrance at Villa Bahce and all of the principal rooms are at the front of the villa with glass doors to either the swimming pool terrace or balcony. This creates a light and airy feel as well as affording some lovely views from many parts of the property.

Ground floor
Running the full depth of the right hand side of the villa (looking out to sea) the well-furnished living area connects with the swimming pool terrace at one end, with a modern fully equipped kitchen at the other which has access through sliding glass doors to a garden area beyond. An elegant entrance hall also accesses a TV and reading room on this floor. Comfortably furnished with an L shaped sofa, this is a great place to watch a movie or relax with a good book. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, a double and a twin (the twin bedroom can also be made up as doubles on request) both with access to the swimming pool terrace through sliding glass doors.

First floor
There are three spacious double bedrooms on this floor, all with sea view balconies. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

The garden and terraces
Colourful and fragrant bougainvillea, plumbago, oleander, and palm as well as lemon, orange and olive trees together with other native planting help to create a very attractive environment in which to relax. It is easy to find an outside space to love here: whether it is the covered dining terrace with BBQ, outside bar area with wine chiller, around the pool, or for a cooler and quieter retreat, the small shaded pavilion is a wonderful place to relax with a good book.

The villa also has a table tennis table for additional entertainment.
