Indoor space
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, private balconies and sea views. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds, while the third is a twin room, all with wardrobe space and direct access to a sea view balcony.
The lower ground floor includes a separate annex with its own access, featuring an additional double bedroom with en-suite shower. This level also houses a sauna and traditional hammam with heated flooring.

Villa Mavi Deniz can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Mavi Deniz and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Mavi Deniz as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Beautiful pool & fab view. We loved it! 3 great bedrooms in main house - all a good size. 4th room was in basement. Comfy sofas in lounge for when it was just too hot outside!
Villa excellent location, beautiful views, sea access is superb, walk to town easy, we loved it! A few minor maintenance issues during our stay and i would have been good to have some essentials at teh vilal for our arriival such as salt/pepper, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc.
