Indoor space
The lower ground floor includes two bedrooms, one twin and one master with a super king size bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. This level also features a cinema room, gym equipment, table tennis, sauna and Turkish Hammam, along with a laundry and utility room and a separate WC.
On the ground floor, the first of the two sitting rooms is furnished with a sofa and corner chaise longue, facing a flat screen TV, with sliding glass doors opening onto the pool terrace. Two further bedrooms are located on this level, both with super king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool terrace. One of these bedrooms also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe and seating area.
The first floor houses the main kitchen, dining and living area, designed in an open plan layout. The living space includes a large L-shaped sofa, armchair, fireplace and TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a large island with seating. An extended balcony accessed from this level includes a dining table for up to ten guests and additional sunbeds. The fifth bedroom, a twin, is also located on this floor, with an en-suite bathroom and access to a wrap-around balcony with sea views.

Villa Ravello can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Ravello and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Ravello as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Lovely views and well appointed villa overall. The Villa was exceptionally well stocked with cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. However, the beds only had a large throw which was strange, they didn't have top sheets.. The downstairs bedroom didn't have the keys to open the doors in case of fire which seemed strange seeing that the fire escape info said to leave through their door.. The path from the Villa down to the road was very steep but none of our party struggled, however if someone was very elderly they may struggle.
Villa Ravello was incredible. It looked just like the pictures. Decorated and maintained to a very high standard, it really was luxury. We loved the infinity pool. The only suggestion was that the wifi only reached one floor so maybe could add a wifi booster to reach the other floors. Fantastic villa, would definitely recommend for a holiday to Kalkan.
We loved the villa and Kalkan. Luckily we were all fit as the 10/15 min walk to the town centre was certainly not for everyone. Very rocky coastal path with was unlit at night. Could have got taxis but did not want the extra cost and do enjoy a walk.
Fantastic villa with unforgettable view from ground & upper level. Very well equipped & relatively newly built - walkable to town down rocky path or boat from beach clubs nearby. Totally soundproof overnight and quiet location. Pool was a comfortable 29 degrees in June. Note that master bedroom & twin bedroom in basement don't have views. Only suggestions would be change arrival directions on information sheet to come down kisla cd as road next to villa is too steep. Could do with some hooks in the bathrooms. Also could do with larger sofa/seating outside as this was full with just 5 of us & is the nicest place to spend time outside. Master bedroom door in basement needs rubber protection on inside handle to stop it banging into glass wardrobe.

Just wow, what a Villa. Great location (right next to Zest) and walking distance to the beautiful village. The accommodation is stunning and very spacious. Only improvement is the hot water - luke warm most of the time.
This is a beautiful villa. There were eight of us staying and more than enough room for all of us and was equipped for us all. The location is great a 15 minute walk to the town (albeit a little across country). It is just above Zest Beach Club which is great and where we spent most days. The hill to the front door is steep but that is the joy of Kalkan! I would highly recommend.

Villa Ravello is a beautiful property. Very well appointed. The views are stunning and the proximity to 3 beach clubs is perfect. The walk into the Old Town isn't far, but involves a very steep muddy/rocky downhill section which might not suit everyone. One thing to note is the WiFi doesn't reach the basement. We had a problem with ants in the bedroom closest to the front door at the start of the week. We couldn't tell where they were getting in, but managed to get rid of them using mosquito spray.
The best of 3 Kalkan villas we have stayed in. Great house, well appointed, lovely pool and services.
