Situated on the Kas Peninsula, a short drive away from the town of Kas, this villa benefits from sea views from all bedrooms, the garden area and swimming pool. The villa is laid out as follows...
Ground floor
A spacious open-plan living area consisting of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area complete with a sofa, two arm chairs and a SMART TV make up this space. The living area leads directly out onto the magnificent pool terrace. 
The ground floor hosts one bedroom; a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, dressing area and access directly onto the sea view pool terrace where two deck chairs have been conveniently placed for guests occupying this bedroom. 
First floor
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor. These comprise of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom benefits from its own unique style and includes a dressing area and large, glass doors leading onto a sea view balcony. 
Outside area
Outside is a large swimming pool (L 9m x W 5m, depth 140cm) and furnished terrace, ideal for entertaining. Ample sun loungers and parasols are provided for guests and there is also a cushioned seating area and shaded al-fresco dining area. A private garden area runs adjacent to the villa and provides additional space.
