Villa Lilia is a well furnished 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with sea views and a private swimming pool. The villa accommodates 8 guests with 4 en-suite bedrooms and sea view balconies. Although tranquil it is also close to excellent hotels, restaurants and is only a 10 minute walk to Kalkan’s old town.
Indoor space
A particularly appealing master bedroom suite occupies the first floor and features a Jacuzzi bathroom with double basins, a separate dressing area and a balcony of 25 square metres.
The second floor comprises one double bedroom and twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Well-chosen local art and antiques are a special feature of this property and some of the useful amenities for guests include hairdryers in every en suite bathroom.
The top floor is home to a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The roof terrace is accessed from this floor and offers fantastic views of the bay and an Ottoman seating area. There is also a kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer.

Villa Lilia is in a peaceful yet convenient location next to an olive grove and close to the Regency Hotel, perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Two other well-known hotels are close by as well as beach clubs and several restaurants and shops along the Kalamar Road. If you wish to go further, the town and harbour are only approximately a 10-15 minute walk away.

A beautiful villa, quite end of town but easy walking distances. Plenty of space and lovely views and spotlessly clean.
Excellent villa - fantastic location - views from any level are stunning - very private and not overlooked at all and had sun on pool and loungers till sunset. Not far to walk into town - 20 mins - no need for car rental.

Villa Lilia is a quiet villa with no villa in front, behind or to one side of it. It has great views down into the bay and across to Kisla. It is 20 yards from Korsan Suites where you can get all the services you would expect of a hotel or a 10 - 15 minute walk into town. The villa is on 4 levels with a master suite occupying one full level and stunning views from the rooftop.
A great property with wonderful views!
Sitting as it does at the end of the road, this villa offers you the peace and quiet of having no properties on three sides without being a huge hike from town. The views from all levels are quite stunning, most particularly from the roof terrace. The master bedroom suite takes an entire floor giving a luxurious feel complete with jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom.
Beautifully placed villa, the master suite is huge, with a spacious dressing room and luxurious bathroom suite. Great pool, and roof top terrace. The rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Highly recommended
