Ground floor
Bedroom 1 - A spacious master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, vanity station, wardrobe space, TV, contemporary light fittings and an en-suite shower room. The large floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto the lower pool terrace where a small table and chairs have been perfectly placed for guests to relax and enjoy a morning coffee.

Bedroom 2 - A second double bedroom which also includes a double bed, bedside tables, vanity station, wardrobe space, TV, contemporary light fittings and an en-suite shower room. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto the lower pool terrace.

Bedroom 3 - The twin room is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables, a vanity station, wardrobe space, TV, contemporary light fittings and an en-suite shower room. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto the lower pool terrace.

A games room has been added to this floor for the 2023 season. This comprises an air hockey table, pool table, table football, dartboard and retro arcade games console.

First floor
The first floor features an open plan space that hosts a kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday and has modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. It also benefits from an island with comfortable bar stool seating for three guests.

The kitchen and dining area have been cleverly separated with a large corner sofa facing a Smart TV with an Amazon Firestick for guests' use. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors line the whole open plan space, allowing plenty of light in and providing guests with views of the pool terrace and sea and mountains in the distance.

The main terrace presents a private infinity pool with a shallow end and an integrated Jacuzzi section. The infinity edge looks out towards the partial view of the sea and mountains and features a water feature that cascades into the small pool on the ground floor level. Four sun loungers and a large parasol line the pool and a further two sun loungers can be found on the ground floor terrace. There is an al fresco dining area with a table that can seat up to 6 guests, along with a comfortable seating area comprising two arm chairs, a small sofa and coffee table.

The ground floor pool terrace features a smaller 3m x 3.5m pool with a waterfall feature from the larger pool above. Guests can relax on the double swing seat and sun loungers with a parasol for shade here.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
