Villa Alaeddin is a 4-bedroom Kalkan villa located in Kalamar Bay. All 4 bedrooms in this property have en-suite bathrooms and 3 of them benefit from sea and mountain views. This Kalkan villa boasts a large al-fresco dining area which is well equipped with a pizza oven, BBQ and dining table and chairs that seats up to 8. The roof terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a bar table and stools and Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and mountains, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening watching the sunset.

Villa Alaeddin is nestled on the edge of Kalamar bay, situated just below the Kalamar road where cafés and restaurants can be found. The shops, bars and vibrant dining scene of the Old Town and harbour are around 25 minutes away on foot, and the main supermarket and beach clubs of Kalamar are all within close easy reach.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Ground Floor  

The ground floor consists of an open plan living and dining space for guests to enjoy. The lounge is furnished with a plush dusky teal sofa and a large white coffee table facing a flat screen television, a display cabinet and a corner standing lamp. There are two sets of sliding patio doors that open out to the pool terrace, and two large houseplants adding a pleasant touch of greenery to the space. The smart contemporary kitchen features dark grey units, a white gloss laminate worktop, and eye-catching blue fish scale tiles and is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. The kitchen space includes an island-style dining table that can seat up to 8 people, and another set of sliding doors with convenient access to the outdoor dining area and kitchenette.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom that benefits from a King-sized bed, turquoise textiles, a flat screen TV, AC, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a large floor-to-ceiling picture window, and balcony furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the sea views.

Roof terrace

Villa Alaeddin will feature a 4th bedroom located on the roof terrace level for 2022. This is going to be a double bedroom with a King-sized bed and will be built over the 2021 winter period. 

The spacious roof terrace offers a variety of areas to relax including sun loungers, a perfectly positioned bar-style table and stools overlooking the sea and mountains and a bubbling Jacuzzi - perfect for enjoying a sundowner! 

Outside area

The outdoor living space is furnished with an al-fresco dining set for up to 8 people positioned under a shady pergola. The outdoor kitchen overlooks the olive trees on the hillside and boasts a Pizza oven and BBQ, along with a sink and plenty of utensils to create some delicious meals. There is also a cushioned lounge set positioned next to the pool and an Ottoman-style coffee table with two chairs in a quiet corner.

The infinity pool has an adjoining shallow section for sun loungers and offers partial sea and mountain views. Sun beds and parasols are located around the pool and an outdoor shower can be found on the terrace.  Pool heating is available at an additional charge of £200 per week).

Villa Alaeddin is situated just behind Villa Honu. The two villas can be booked together (subject to availability) if required.  Ideal for larger family or friendship groups who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The villa is being upgraded over winter 2021/2022. The photography shown is before the addition of the 4th bedroom on the top floor. Photography to be updated once the work is complete.
