Entry level - ground floor: Entrance hallway with connecting stairs and Master bedroom suite with 2 person outdoor Jacuzzi.
Access to the villa is from the rear of the property via steps leading down from the parking area. The front door opens into a hallway serving as a hub, connecting the stairs leading both downward to the lower ground floor and upward to the first and second floors. A door off the hallway leads to the expansive Master bedroom, stretching across the entire width of the villa, boasting en-suite amenities, 2 spacious balconies, TV, sofabed, and stunning vistas of the sea. This room grants access to the villa's first outside Jacuzzi plunge pool -this one designed for two people, along with a built-in corner seating area. You will also find an alfresco dining set for six guests situated on the terrace to the side of the property. 

Lower ground floor: Twin & double en-suite bedrooms. Garden with 4 person Jacuzzi, Tiki bar, BBQ, sauna & hammam.
This level houses two bedrooms, a double and a twin; both equipped with en-suite facilities, a TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a roomy terraced garden with water feature for a soothing ambiance. Here, you can unwind in the Jacuzzi plunge pool, ideal for up to four people, or chill with a good book amidst the shaded cushioned sofa and chairs. One of the standout features is the addition of a Swedish sauna and Turkish Hammam, offering additional options for relaxation. Adjacent to the Jacuzzi, an outdoor Tiki-style bar comes fully equipped with a sink, fridge, and glasses, providing convenient access to prepare refreshing drinks. The main swimming pool awaits here, complemented by a raised wooden deck furnished with plush double daybeds. Adjustable electric canopies offer shade as desired, while the cozy corner seating provides an ideal spot for a late afternoon cocktail. For your convenience, this level also features a WC and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, and sink, ensuring you have everything you need within easy reach. The rooftop pool utilizes a saltwater system (no harsh chemicals) and measures approximately 9 meters in length, 1.5 meters wide at its narrowest point, and 2.5 meters at its widest point, with a depth of 1.35 meters throughout. Please note: There is a relatively low barrier along the roof top pool's edge.
