Introducing Villa Bella Luna, a four bedroom villa in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, offering accommodation for up to eight guests. Located within a 10 minute walk of the popular Kulube, Lures and Kalamar Beach Clubs, as well as of the Kalamar Road with its variety of restaurants and bars, Villa Bella Luna provides a great base for a relaxing Kalkan holiday. The villa boasts a good variety of comfortable outdoor living spaces, views of Snake and Mouse Islands, and a private pool.
Indoor space
On the first floor are three bedrooms. Two spacious double bedrooms share a furnished balcony with lovely sea views towards Snake and Mouse Islands, while the third bedroom is a twin room. A family bathroom with a rainfall shower also serves this floor.
The second floor is dedicated to a large double room with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private roof terrace. Furnished with cushioned sun loungers and a table and chairs, this peaceful space enjoys panoramic views across Kalamar Bay and towards Snake and Mouse Islands.
Outdoor space
A shaded al-fresco dining area with seating for six and a BBQ makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable, while a large corner sofa and coffee table are perfectly positioned to make the most of the sea views.
For added convenience, Villa Bella Luna also benefits from a private electric car charging point.
