Villa Eliza | TC6017 | Large villa close to the sea with infinity pool, plunge pool & games amenities

Ground floor - The ground floor of Villa Eliza features a spacious open-plan layout that combines the main living area, kitchen, and casual dining space. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa, coffee tables, a smart TV and a soundbar. A collection of colourful artwork adds character to the space and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, framing views of the pool and mountains and allowing natural light to flood the interior.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes two ovens, a steam oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee machine and two toasters. A central island with bar stool seating for four offers a breakfast/dining spot. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is also a guest WC on this level.

First floor - The first floor of Villa Eliza is home to three en-suite bedrooms: a master suite, a double room, and a twin room.

Master Bedroom - This room features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a double shower and twin washbasins. Furnishings include a vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to a private balcony with two chairs and a small table, offering breathtaking sea and mountain views.

Double Bedroom - Furnished with a king-size bed, this room also has an en-suite shower room, vanity table, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with sea and mountain views, and seating for two.

Twin Bedroom - This room has two single beds and an en-suite shower room, along with a bedside table and a wardrobe.

Second floor / roof terrace - The second floor features a further two bedrooms, both furnished with king-size beds, bedside tables and wardrobes. These rooms share a shower room located on the same floor. Both bedrooms also share access to a large roof terrace that offers panoramic views across Kalamar Bay.

Lower ground floor - The lower level of the property is accessed via a separate entrance from the street level and there are no internal doors from this level that lead to the upper floors of the villa. This floor offers a lounge/games area, as well as a further two bedrooms. The communal space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, table football table and pool table for entertainment. The two bedrooms include one double bedroom and one twin. The double bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bedside table, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and has use of a shower room which is located off the lounge space. 

Villa Eliza offers a spacious, sea-facing terrace designed for outdoor living and entertaining. At the front of the terrace is a large infinity pool, with heating available during cooler months. The pool is lined with sun loungers and overlooks Kalamar Bay. A large, cushioned sofa and coffee table create a comfortable seating area, ideal for relaxing in the shade or enjoying a drink in the evening. To one side of the pool, a covered al fresco dining area is equipped with two dining tables and a professional-grade Broil King BBQ station, complete with dual fuel zones and a built-in chicken roaster, enabling guests to enjoy group meals and outdoor cooking.

At the rear of the terrace is a plunge pool with additional sun loungers and a large parasol for shade. A table tennis table offers another source of entertainment.

The second floor bedrooms share access to a large roof terrace that offers panoramic views across Kalamar Bay, a spacious spot ideal for relaxing or enjoying the sunset.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.
