Ground floor -  The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout that combines the main living area, kitchen, and casual dining space. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a collection of large sofas, coffee table, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from a breakfast bar with bar-stool seating for 6, along with an additional dining table. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, framing views of the pool and greenery, and allowing natural light to flood the interior.

One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. 

First floor - The first floor of Villa Greenscape is home to three en-suite bedrooms: two large master double bedrooms, both with a private furnished terrace with sea views, and a double room. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables.

Second floor / roof terrace - The second floor features two bedrooms, both with access to private furnished terraces with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and Snake and Mouse Islands. One bedroom is a penthouse style family room with a double bed, two single beds, and en-suite bathroom. The terrace for this room features the outdoor Jacuzzi. The other bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. 

Lower ground floor - This floor offers a games/gym area, as well as one further bedroom. The communal space is furnished with a couple of pieces of gym equipment, table tennis table and pool table for entertainment. The bedroom offers garden views and is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. 

Villa Greenscape offers a spacious terrace with partial sea views designed for outdoor living and entertaining. At the front of the terrace is a large infinity pool, with heating available during cooler months. The pool is lined with sun loungers and overlooks Snake and Mouse Islands. A large cushioned sofa set and coffee table create a comfortable seating area, ideal for relaxing in the shade or enjoying a drink in the evening, and the al fresco dining area is equipped with a large dining table seating 14 guests and a stone BBQ, enabling guests to enjoy group meals and outdoor cooking.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
