We are delighted to be introducing Villa Ocean Rox, a brand new addition to our Kalkan villa collection for 2026. Currently undergoing a full refurbishment and due for completion in March, this impressive five-bedroom villa is positioned in Kalamar Bay, enjoying panoramic sea views towards the iconic Snake and Mouse Islands.

The Villa
Designed with space and comfort in mind, Villa Ocean Rox offers a contemporary interior with an open-plan living area that makes the most of its spectacular setting. The fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining table seating up to 10 guests, and stylish lounge with SMART TV flow effortlessly together. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience and framing the sea views beyond.

All five bedrooms (four doubles and one twin) will feature en-suite shower rooms and sea views. Two of the bedrooms will be master suites, each enhanced by a freestanding bathtub, great for unwinding at the end of the day.

Outside, the villa will centre around a large infinity pool and Jacuzzi (with heating available for an additional charge), positioned to enjoy views across the bay and surrounding coastline. The terrace will offer a mix of sun loungers and comfortable seating areas, providing both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. An al-fresco dining area with BBQ will complete the outdoor space, ideal for long, leisurely evenings overlooking the bay.

One of Villa Ocean Rox's standout features will be its basement leisure area, designed to keep guests of all ages entertained. Plans include a well-equipped fitness room, sauna, a children's play area, bar, games area with billiards and air hockey, and a private cinema - making the villa a superb choice for families and groups seeking both relaxation and entertainment.
