The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors as follows and is fully air-conditioned. Unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests.

Ground floor
Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 - There are 2 spacious king size bedrooms and a twin room on this level, each furnished with a large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror. They are all en-suite with a shower, W/C and wash basin and have garden views too. There are steps from the garden up to the pool terrace and front door of the villa.
Each room has access to the outside terrace and garden area with mature planting which extends the width of the villa. There is a hot tub on the widest part of this terrace and at the far end stone steps which lead up to the living area terrace.

First floor
Entrance to the property is on this floor. An open plan living area occupies most of the first floor space and comprises of a lounge with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV with European channels, CD player and sound system at one end of the living area and the kitchen and dining space at the other. The kitchen is equipped to self-cater and is a lovely light and open space thanks to two sliding doors that access the pool terrace. There are options to dine inside or outside with both dining setups convenient for the kitchen and stone built BBQ.
The 4th bedroom is located on this floor. It is a double en-suite which has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and access via sliding doors to the large wrap-around balcony that stretches the full width of the villa and has sea views.

Lower ground floor
A further 5th bedroom is available for up to two extra guests, maximum of 10 guests. This double room is located on the lower ground floor. Please note this room would not be suitable for children as the room is only accessed via an external door to the lower terrace and there is no internal access to the main villa.

A balcony on the first floor and terrace at ground level that extend the full width of the property on both levels provide some lovely spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Attractive mature planting on both levels is a nice feature of the outside space here.

The villa has been designed to provide as seamless a connection between inside and outside spaces with the use of large glass sliding doors. The result is a light filled living space that seems to extend to the pool and dining terraces. At first floor level, a balcony at the front of the property opens up to a spacious pool and dining terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, some rattan seating, and a dining table and chairs. A large stone BBQ with storage sits just behind the dining area. There are sea views from many parts of the first floor terraces.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and beach clubs. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with uninterrupted sea views towards Snake and Mouse Islands and easy access to the Mediterranean. Kalkan's Old Town and harbour can be reached within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk, making Kalamar a good choice for those who prefer a more relaxed setting while still being within easy reach of the town's restaurants, shops and waterfront.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
